Satvik Patel decided not to rush the home purchase process, waiting until after his 2010 wedding to buy his first place with wife, Laxmi.

Best of all, she had sound advice on some minor improvements she suggested I make before listing my house. She is a straight shooter and in it for the long-term relationship, not pushing you towards a quick sale that might be the wrong move.
